About Empire Houston Clinical Laboratory

We provide services to physicians and other health care providers in the greater Houston area.

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and all types of insurances. For patients with no Health Insurance plans, we have special pricing, which is 50% less than other laboratories charge.

We provide high quality services to all physicians and patients at low costs. The laboratory’s main goal is to maintain high quality laboratory services and to provide information and laboratory results as soon as possible. We have an extensive quality assurance program to monitor the entire process from courier services, test information, laboratory testing, and reporting of results.

We are enrolled in proficiency testing with American Association of Bioanalysis and College of American Pathologists. We also have commercial controls and pooled specimens that are monitored daily for our internal quality control program. It is one of the laboratory’s policies to conduct a repeat analysis of any abnormal test results for verification. However, we can repeat any test that does not correlate with the physician’s clinical judgments as long as the integrity of the specimen is still maintained. Empire Clinical Laboratory, Inc. operates under full time supervision of clinical laboratory technicians.
